1 Offers and prices

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, our prices shall apply in accordance with the price lists valid at the time. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, our prices are net prices plus value added tax (VAT) ex our warehouse, without any deductions. Unless otherwise agreed, our offers are valid for three months from the date of the offer.

2 Terms of payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days net, without discount. For expired invoices a default interest will be charged. If the agreed payment dates are not met, the customer shall owe us, without special reminder, default interest of 5% (five percent), calculated from the due date.

3 Terms of delivery

Delivery within Switzerland by parcel service, or transport company of our choice. For orders below CHF 75 gross order value, you pay a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 15. For express and cash on delivery shipments as well as special transport/service requirements, postage or freight difference and additional expenses will be charged. All shipments travel at the buyer's risk. Place of performance for delivery and payment: 8004 Zurich.The delivery dates agreed or fixed at the time of conclusion of the contract will be met to the best of our ability. If the delivery is delayed for reasons for which we are not responsible (in particular due to force majeure, import or transport difficulties, political events, delays by subcontractors, changes subsequently requested by the customer, etc.), the delivery date shall be postponed accordingly. Exceeding the delivery date does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract, to refuse acceptance and/or to claim damages or reduction of the price.

4 Complaints

Complaints must be made in writing immediately after receipt and inspection of the consignment. In addition, any transport damage must be noted on the proof of delivery to be signed immediately upon delivery. In addition, the damage must be documented as a photo. If there is a manufacturing defect, we undertake to repair or replace the goods as quickly as possible at our discretion.

5 Returns

For return shipments for which we are not responsible, we shall charge a processing fee appropriate to the necessary efforts. Overlaid or obsolete goods cannot be taken back.

6 Taking back of goods

As a matter of principle, we only take back products handed over to the customer on loan or on consignment, but not sold products. Expired products that have been sold cannot be returned. Before returning the products, they must be cleaned in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. We reserve the right to charge the customer for our expenses for reconditioning returned equipment.For lost or severely damaged rental equipment or accessories, the customer will be charged the sales price of the rental equipment or accessories.

7 Conditions of resale

The resale of our products is only permitted in original packaging. Re-packaging, re-labelling or refilling is not permitted. Each intermediate buyer undertakes to pass on our products with all associated documentation and package inserts. Resellers must set up an appropriate system for tracing our products with article number and lot number so that the whereabouts of our products can be traced at any time upon our request.

8 Warranty and liability

We guarantee that our products are designed and manufactured according to the proven state of the art of science and technology at the time of manufacture. Our warranty is limited to (i) replacing the defective product with a defect-free one or (ii) refunding the invoice value of the product not replaced in the form of a credit note. Any further warranty or liability, in particular for consequential damages (e.g. for costs of additional treatment, further operations, loss of wages, claims for satisfaction, etc.) is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.The period for asserting claims for defects is 12 months from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to accept a longer warranty from our suppliers. Changes in conditions and technical innovations of the products remain without special notification.reserved.
